Adapter flanges are generally used with POSITAL encoders to exactly fit into the customers’ installation or control cabinet. A new set of commonly used adapter flanges will be released soon.
Mounting Bracket – Synchro
The mounting bracket enables an easy and low cost option for all rotary encoders with a Ø58mm synchro flange. The mounting dome is made of fiber glass reinforced plastic. This enables complete insulation both thermal as well as electrical. The mounting of the encoder can be done either using the screws or clamp discs provided.
Mounting Bracket – Clamping
The mounting bracket enables an easy and low cost option for all rotary encoders with a Ø58mm clamping flange. The mounting dome is made of fiber glass reinforced plastic. Mounting Bracket – Angled
A very simple and low cost angled mounting bracket suitable for all encoders with a Ø58mm clamping flange.
Mounting Bracket – Spring Loaded
Special spring loaded mounting adapter. It is customized to fit all encoders with a Ø58mm clamping flange along with the 500mm measurement wheels. The spring feature ensures optimal positioning of the encoder/ measurement wheel and guarantees a constant pressure on the measurement surface.
